HR Technology Support
Provide support for HR systems and technology platforms.
Assist employees and HR staff with system-related inquiries and issues.
Policy Administration
Distribute and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
Ensure that employees are aware of and understand the organization’s HR guidelines.
Employee Lifecycle Support
Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
Support offboarding processes for departing employees.
Talent Acquisition Support
Assist in the recruitment process, including managing job postings and candidate inquiries.
Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers with administrative tasks.
Case Management
Manage HR cases, such as grievances, inquiries, and escalations.
Track and report on case resolutions and trends.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement within HRIS and HR Shared Services.
