Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent application.
Employee Recognition, Appreciation and Celebration
Develop and oversee employee recognition, appreciation and celebration programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and achievements.
Workplace Investigations
Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.
Ensure that investigations are fair, unbiased, and conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
Legal Compliance
Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
Ensure that HR practices, policies, and procedures are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Administer or coordinate employee assistance programs to provide support for personal and work-related challenges.
Documentation and Record-keeping
Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities, investigations, and resolutions.
Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of sensitive matters.
